Enrolling in BOS offers you access to valuable business leads and referrals essential for expanding your business. However, it goes beyond that; you’ll forge meaningful connections with entrepreneurs, small business owners, independent salespeople, and other professionals. These seasoned business leaders collaborate to address challenges, share innovative ideas, and provide mutual motivation.

BOS provides a structured platform for your growth, offering lessons in effective networking and opportunities to enhance your presentation skills.

Rather than navigating the sales landscape on your own, with BOS, you become part of a collective force of skilled business individuals who bring you qualified leads. The collective strength of the group propels the success of each member.

Similar to other lead groups, BOS fosters professional relationships to propel your business interests forward. However, unlike alternative leads groups, our member businesses predominantly reside in the southern suburbs. This affords our members a deeper comprehension of the distinctive business climate prevalent in our market area.

BOS emphasizes the importance of active participation in meetings, recognizing that building relationships is contingent upon your presence. It also encourages members to consistently pass an average of one qualified referral per week. In addition, ethical conduct, professionalism, and expertise in your field are anticipated from all members. BOS fosters a collaborative environment where mutual support and success are paramount; each member is expected to contribute to the success of others, and vice versa. Lastly, an essential requirement involves actively inviting others to join.

BOS is not a “get rich quick” scheme. Establishing trust among BOS members, mastering the art of networking, and becoming skilled in self-promotion all take time. If you anticipate immediate rewards, BOS may not align with your expectations. However, if your goal is to cultivate enduring business relationships that yield qualified referrals over the years, then BOS is well-suited for you.

Success with BOS is contingent upon your active participation and commitment to the program. Following the established guidelines has proven highly effective for numerous business individuals with experiences similar to yours. Achieving success in BOS, or any endeavor, demands perseverance and the recognition that giving precedes receiving.

In fact, BOS advocates for dual membership, encouraging individuals to be part of both their local Chamber and BOS. While your Chamber of Commerce brings benefits to both your business and community, BOS introduces a unique element of exclusivity. Joining BOS means you “own” your specific category, with the exclusion of direct competition within the group. Unlike Chambers, which are inherently inclusive, BOS provides a more exclusive networking environment tailored to individual business categories.

Success is achieved when you and the other BRN members participate. Remember, referrals are made based on trust and solid relationships. That’s why it is important to attend meetings and build those relationships so your BRN members will get to know you, just as you’ll get to know them.

Admittance into BOS is strictly by invitation or filling in the Join Us form. We will always  ensure that the membership roster is aligned with the core values of the organization. Prospective members must be sponsored by an existing member and receive approval from a majority of the members. Once accepted, BOS safeguards your business category, providing an environment where each member’s niche is protected.

BOS operates with the policy of admitting only one representative from each profession. In the event that your profession is already represented within the group, we offer the option to place you on a waitlist. Alternatively, if you have a secondary profession or a side job, you may consider joining under a different category to explore additional networking opportunities within the organization.

Each guest is required to attend two meetings before an application can be accepted. An inspection of an applicant’s place of business is a requirement of acceptance.
